– An epic feast is held in your honour, what’s on the table? A huge seafood platter, wine, chocolate… and more wine!
– If you could have any superpower, which one would you choose? The ability to be able to drink as much wine as I please without suffering the consequences!
– What still makes you cringe when you think back on it? When I performed in Oklahoma, the Musical when I was 14 years old. It was for a small local theatre company and I was only in the chorus but I clearly thought I was going to be the next Marina Prior.
– What awful movie do you love? There are so many! The Sound of Music, Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, Love Actually..- pretty much ANY musical or pathetic rom com! Also, The Castle when I need a good laugh!
– What’s on your bucket list this year? Spending more “quality” time with my family. Oh, and watching the Parramatta Eels win the 2018 grand final!!! 😉
– What is your biggest accomplishment and how did you achieve it? Having my son Jacob, without a doubt.
– What’s your favourite song? Again, there are many but if I have to pick one…”Angels” by Robbie Williams
– What topic could you spend hours talking about? , Broadway musicals! I love them all. One of my highlights last year was sharing this passion with my 5 year old son who loves singing and music generally. We took him to see Aladdin, the Musical and watching his little face light up and him belt out “A Whole New World” at the top of his voice made me so proud!! 🙂
– What was the last song you sung along to? “Hakuna Matata” from the Lion King. (Jacob’s latest obsession).
– What important message would you pass onto your younger self? Don’t sweat the small stuff! Things have a way of working out. Oh, and attempting to perform in musicals is probably not a great idea. Lastly, perhaps save yourself the pain and pick a different NRL team to follow!!!
