Chris Cruikshank
Principal & Co-founder
Chris specialises in advising corporates and their financiers on all elements of transaction and capital management. Chris co-founded Assured Legal and Lext Australia, and has over 20 years' experience in legal practice. He was a partner at a leading international law firm in Sydney and has practiced law at Latham & Watkins, the preeminent global law firm in London.
Nicola Cosgrove
Principal & Co-founder
Nicole is a specialised financial restructuring and insolvency lawyer, focusing on providing strategic and technical advice to her clients to help them resolve disputes, recover debts, minimise losses, reduce holding costs and mitigate reputational risks arising from problematic exposures.
Kirk Warwick
Principal
Kirk has advised a wide range of major domestic and international corporates, funds and financial institutions, as well as restructuring and insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors on all aspects of corporate, securities and insolvency law.
Alison McManus
Principal
Alison is an experienced in-house and special counsel who has specific expertise in financial services regulatory and advisory, lending, commercial litigation, large-scale remediation and rectification and corporate restructuring and insolvency.
David Turner
Head of Legal Operations
Advising clients on the full spectrum of corporate legal issues, David has provided new businesses with structuring and governance, growing companies with debt financing, equity capital raising and M&A activity advice. He has also acted for insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors in corporate insolvency processes.
Michelle Hallasso
Senior Associate
With a focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency, Michelle acts for, and in opposition to insolvency practitioners in corporate administrations, receiverships and liquidations. She provides advice in all aspects of commercial litigation, having worked in all levels of State and Federal jurisdictions in a wide range of matters.
Kirti Kumar

Kirti’s practical and pragmatic approach helps deliver solution-focused and commercial outcomes that achieve clients’ objectives. She has assisted a myriad of clients, including insolvency practitioners, companies (including early-stage start-ups), directors and creditors in a range of matters including corporate, insolvency, lending, litigation, and property.
